Talk about the big picture, Charles is well equipped to bring a global view to the business of local television. Domestically, Charles has worked in newsroom management in markets such as Detroit, New York and Cincinnati. At the same time, during his more than 20 years in working for Frank N. Magid Associates, Charles’ experience spanned the globe from Europe to the Mid-East to Singapore. In fact, Charles managed the overseas operations from London.
In addition, he continues to stay current with new ideas and the broadcasters of the future by teaching journalism at the University of Iowa. He enjoys working with reporters and producers – whether they are experienced or rookies – to help them hone their craft and see results. Charles holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California. email Charles
